New chapter loading… but with fewer plot twists.

  • "After weeks of feeling overwhelmed by the divorce process, I finally felt like I could breathe. The clarity and direction you provided have been a lifesaver — I walked away not only with next steps, but with renewed hope."

    DYLAN

  • "What made the biggest difference for me were the core personal pillars — they gave me a clear foundation to return to whenever I felt overwhelmed, and helped me make decisions with confidence. I can’t recommend this course enough!”

    JEN

  • “I entered my divorce chapter feeling lost and beaten down — unsure how to talk about money, kids, or even what I really wanted. I learned how to hold calm discussions with my ex, make decisions without second-guessing, and start to build a vision for a new chapter that didn’t feel like a pity party. Most importantly, I walked away believing I could handle this with dignity. If you’re ready to do it differently, this is the place.”

    SUSAN

  • "I was neck-deep in spreadsheets and lawyer quotes, wondering how this mess was going to end. Then I found this course, and everything changed. The simple frameworks helped me map out the finances, talk to my kids about what’s next, and design a separation that didn’t feel war-torn. I am still adjusting to this new life, but I’m doing it with clarity and even a little peace. You don’t have to go it alone.”

    AMY

  • "Thank you for lending both your heart and expertise — it has made a world of difference.”

    DANI

Meet our team

Two women are standing and talking in a room, each holding a mug. The woman on the left has dark hair, wearing a light blue sweater, and the woman on the right has curly hair, wearing a rust-colored sweater. They are smiling and engaging in conversation near a kitchen or dining area with a table, chairs, a chandelier, and large window showing an outdoor scene.

We’re trained mediators and communication specialists who have worked with hundreds of people navigating divorce, family conflict, and some of life’s hardest conversations.

But we also come to this work with lived experience. We’ve both been through divorce. We know what it’s like when life takes a turn you didn’t expect, when emotions are running high, and when you’re trying to figure out what comes next while still managing everything right in front of you.

That’s why we created The Bend.

We believe hard seasons and difficult conversations don’t have to bring out the worst in us. With the right tools, you can communicate more clearly, make more grounded decisions, and move through conflict without losing yourself in it.

You can bend without breaking.
